Purchaser acknowledges that by making an initial payment he/she is committing to going on this trip, unless Things To Do, Inc. (TTD) cancels the trip due to unforeseen circumstances. Purchaser is responsible for paying the entire balance of the trip, regardless of whether he/she actually attends. If an emergency situation comes up which prevents attendance on the trip, TTD will try to work with the respective vendors who are assisting with the trip, but refunds are not guaranteed.
